    Tip...

If @StoreBought asks to give you a blood transfusion using @Lyon's blood, don't do it! It's a TARP!!!

I was framed! I swear! I mean... pffft I blame you scribble for having incompatible blood. Why didn't your blood want to play nice with Lyon's?

    For real though:
Be very careful about logging out inside of structures. I did this twice last night and upon logging in to a new server was killed instantly by the game. Typical loading screen > I see my inventory slots > "You are dead." I didn't think about that the first time it happened but after the second I think it was unlikely that I just spawned right on to a player as both servers had less than five people on them and I was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay up to the north in a random building.

Blood transfusions don't work the same as they do in the mod. A transfusion should be restricted to emergencies as they only replace 1000 blood. Comparison to saline bags that replace 5000 which is your full blood bar

Here are some weapons and equipment breakdowns. Please add to or correct as necessary.

    Weapons
Weapon attachments are found primarily in hangars as well as the military tents.
The only two current rifles in the game are the Mosin Nagant and the M4A1.
The M4A1 is found ONLY in barracks (this includes the military prison barracks) and military tents. Ammunition used is the NATO 5.56 x 43 round, both ammunition and magazines for the M4 are random spawned into military buildings, and share spawn points with attachments.
    M4 Attachments
It is possible to have the following attachments for the M4: ACOG sight, there are two different Red Dot Sight's, Silencer, Weapon Flashlight in conjunction with the M4 Handguard RIS, Bayonet, Bipod (must be manually deployed in inventory
screen and is only effective while prone), multiple buttstock's and handguards, and a flip up rear sight.
The Mosin Nagant are more common and are scattered around a bit more. I've found Mosin's in barracks, in industrial buildings, firehouses (rarely). Ammunition used is a 7.62 x 54R round, ammunition may be found in the same areas M4 ammo, however there is a greater possibility of it being found as a random spawn in the game world. I have found 7.62 ammo in houses, firehouses, and aforementioned military complexes.
    Mosin Nagant Attachments
It is possible to have the following attachments for the Mosin Nagant: Long Scope, PU Scope, Bipod (works the same as the M4A1), Bayonet.

The only two current pistols in the game are the FNX45 and the .357 Magnum Revolver
I've only ever found pistols in Firehouses or military buildings (tents, hangars, prison, barracks).
Ammo for both pistols is more common in Firehouses but may be found scattered as a random spawn in the game world (FNX45 uses 45 ACP ammo, and take a guess for the magnum revolver). Magazines for the FNX45 I've only ever found inside of the Firehouses.
There are Weapon attachments for the FNX45, however these are very rare spawns at the moment. I have found a RDS for the FNX45 ONCE, and nothing else in my travels.

Melee weapons can be found in a variety of places. Everything except the Fireaxe may be found in random loot locations (houses, industrial buildings, sheds). In general, if you need a melee weapon as a fresh spawn check the larger sheds in a nearby town. You will almost certainly find something that can be used to bludgeon a zombie in a pinch. I have found Fireaxe's as a very rare spawn in the game world, but have seen the highest concentration of spawns in the Military Prisons, and occasionally in Firehouses.
This has not undergone rigorous testing, but from my personal experience I have found Fireaxe>Wood Axe>Fire Extinguisher>Pipe Wrench>Shovel>Crowbar. I have yet to kill a zombie with my bare fists.

    Gear
Backpacks and clothes are spawned in multiple locations throughout the game world.
    BACKPACKS
The smallest backpack is the Taloon Backpack (25 slots). This is found as a random spawn in houses, industrial sheds, and apartment complexes throughout the game world and comes in a variety of colors. On a solo trip through Kamyshovo I once saw 6 Taloon Backpacks in the houses in town. The next step up from the Taloon Backpack is the Hunting Backpack (30 slots). Hunting backpacks I have only ever glimpsed in military tents as well as military prisons. If you played the mod, they are almost identical in appearance to the ALICE Pack. Finally there is the Mountain Backpack (35 slots). These are primarily found in high value areas such as Firehouses, Military Prisons, Barracks, Hangars and Military tents.
    CLOTHING
Generally clothing is found as a random spawn in many of the houses in the game world. The best (read some type of camo and has highest amount of inventory slots as well as Ballistic Helmets) is found mainly in Military Barracks, Tents, Prisons and on occasion Hangars.
It is possible to find cargo and hunting pants as random spawns in the game world.
    MEDICAL
At the moment there are three ways to regain your blood (see above video). Saline Bags may be used with an IV Start Kit to create a Saline IV bag. By far this is the fastest way to regain your blood without having to worry about matching blood types for a blood transfusion. A blood bag may be used to draw blood from a donor and then used with an IV Start Kit to create an IV Blood Bag which can be used to give a transfusion to a recipient. I will link the donor chart at the bottom of the page. To determine your BLOOD TYPE you must use a Blood Testing Kit on yourself to figure out what your blood type is. Other useful medical equipment is the Epinephrine Pen, the Morphine Injector, Teteacycline Antibiotics, Alcohol Tincture/Disinfecting Spray, Charcoal Tablets and the Defibrillator.
Epinephrine Pen - As long as the unconscious player is not bleeding it is used on unconscious players to immediately awaken them. This is ineffective on dead players. It only works while the player is unconscious.
Morphine Injector - The Morphine auto-injector is used to fix broken bones. You'll know you have a broken leg for example, if you are enable to walk and may only crawl. Also the crunching sound is a dead giveaway.
Teteacycline Antibiotics - If you receive a "sick" status from an infection, resulting from using non-sterile bandages on wounds, this will treat your infection. I don't think this is currently implemented into the game.
Alcohol Tincture/Disinfecting Spray - used to disinfect bandages, equipment before treating yourself or other players.
Charcoal Tablets - Used to treat a "sick" status caused by contracting food poisoning after eating rotten food.
Defibrillator - The defibrillator is a medical tool which players may use to revive unconscious players. First you must attach a battery to, then equip it in your hands and turn it on via the action menu (scroll your mouse then select turn on), then it
may be used on other players. Just like the Epi-Pen if the victim is bleeding they must be bandaged first, and possibly given a saline IV or blood transfusion before using the Defib.
Finally, Bandages are needed in the instance that you are attacked and bleeding. You may find STERILE bandages in Hospital or Medical centers as well as Medkits, but you may tear any SHIRT into rags and use that to bandage yourself in a pinch.

Hope this info helps a little bit,

    Cheers all

Magazines for the 45 handgun are tough to find. I dunno why, but they are. If you get ahold of one treat it like gold and don't lose it. The handgun is much easier to find. Revolver is a good weapon and does a lot of damage, but the ammo is hard to find. Kinda a weird balance here

New information on the upcoming patch. No news on official release time frame, but I assume once its been in the experimental branch for a few weeks to figure how much it breaks the game more than it is already broken it will find its way to stable servers.

Shotguns are finally coming! More clothes. Spawns will be less frequent for M4's and the Magnums. FNX45 gets an accuracy boost. Berry picking will commence. Quite a bit more. Plus looks like some server tweaks and fixes.
